Yes, you can. However, it is a waste of time if you take it after B.Tech. It's better that you take BHM after +2. There are a few institutes in Visakhapatnam. Sun Institute is the better one.

For candidates from general and OBC categories, upper age limit is 22 years as on 1.7.2018, therefore, only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1.7.1996 are eligible to apply.
