Candidates are advised to carry at least two copies of NCHMCT JEE admit card as one copy needs to be submitted to the invigilator. Candidates must bring the following items with them on exam day, in addition to their admission card: An additional clear ballpoint pen snapshot must be printed on the attendance sheet together with identification proof such as an Aadhaar card, voter's ID card, PAN card, or other legitimate government ID Candidates may provide both original and photocopies of any document. In addition, candidates who fall under the PWD category must have a self-attested disability certificate. Applicants must remember to bring their admission card as well.  A candidate will not be permitted to take the exam if they do not have any of the aforementioned documentation.
