NIMAS college is a good option for hotel management. It offers average package around 3 - 4.5 LPA. The college is known for it's strong industry connections with well established five star hotels. Internships takes place in reputed hotels like Taj, ITC, Oberoi etc. It's a budget friendly college with high benefits.

Online application with a one thousand Indian Rupees fee payment and then the VMSIIHE Entrance Test (VET which has one hundred marks). Candidates finally called for interview compete in Personal Interview (PI, 50 marks). Merit list preparation: With due regard to the above and with further amendments there is 50% weight to 10+2 marks, 30% weight to VET and 20% weight to PI. Eligibility: 50% in 10+2. Worldwide it is listed at 11261 out of 14131 and in Asia it is placed 4622 out of 5830. In India it stands at 738 of 876 universities while in Odisha it stands at 23 of 25 universities. Currently, the university has its official educational programme for Bachelors of Hotel Management (BHM) programme ideal for students who desire to practice within the hotel sector upon the completion of the course in teaching hotel functions, food, and beverages services, including housekeeping.

The placements of the candidates in M.A. in Hotel Management at Utkal University of Culture have been good. For the year 2023, the university was able to secure a student placement rate of 98.74%, and a the highest package of INR 750000/- per annum was offered. The median salary package provided from the company for the fresher was between INR 2-4 Lacs per annum. Leading recruiters of the campus were Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Reliance Retail, Amul, Godrej Agrovet and Bandhan Bank. Although it is difficult to get figures related to the data for M.A. in Hotel Management, yet placement scenario seems promising.

Admission to BHM at Himalayan Institute of Technology (HIT) is also claimed to be relatively easy. Eligible candidates need to be an individual with a passing degree or equivalent 12th in any stream from recognised boards. The entrance selection to BHM will depend entirely on merit drawn from qualifying exams; also, the person must be qualified by a personal interview and/or group discussion.HIT also avails walk-in admissions hence it is yet more accommodating for interested students. Admission to Institute of Hotel Management Bengaluru (IHM Bangalore) without the NCHMCT JEE is not possible. The NCHMCT JEE is the only entrance exam accepted for admission to IHM Bangalore. This exam is conducted in April, every year. Candidates who get the required score in the NCHMCT JEE exam will only get to appear in the further counselling round and interview process. You can apply online for this exam and get admitted to various courses in this college.
