For pursuing hotel management you should satisfy the following criteria :-
1. Age should be between 18 to 22 years.
2. Clear pass in X+II with min. 50%.
3. English as one of the main subject.

choose a sector in which you are good.As you told you got 85% in your SSC examination you should continue in that because you you are doing well in your SSC.
As you are having interest in BHM you can go for it just appear in the examination and go for it.!!ALL THE BEST!!

No, you can't apply in Bachelor's degree as maximum age limit for SC is 25 years and without completing UG course, you can not apply for Master's degree. You can go for a short term course in the stream of your choice.

If you mean BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management) then in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
The upper age limit for to pursue this course is 22 years.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.

If you mean BHM (Bachelor degree in Hotel Management) then please remember in order to pursue BHM you need to be 12th pass from any stream with atleast 40%-50% marks in class 12th with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
