For Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology course at BIT Mesra, Candidates must have passed Class 12 / Intermediate or equivalent qualifying examination with 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in Class 12 / Intermediate or equivalent qualifying examination with English as a subject. Appearing candidates may also apply, subject to production of marksheet with requisite percentage of marks in Class 12 at the time of Entrance Test and Interview. Selection is done on the basis of performance in entrance test and interview.

Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa is no longer at Lavasa and has moved to Mumbai. The new Name for the School is the DICE School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts in academic certification with Ecole Hoteliere De Lausanne. To apply, one must have completed their 12th standard or equivalent. One has to go to our website and apply online post which the student will have to appear for an entrance test followed by a group discussion and a personal interview.

By the time I'm reading this question, it is already been 11 months and you're more than eligible to apply just here are some of my personal college suggestions:
Central Government IHMs in 1-tier cities only. Oberoi-STEP
Vedatya Institute-Gurgaon
IHM-Aurangabad. All the very best.

You may be getting almost no Central Government IHMs and you would obviously have to compromise on state level IHMs, but instead why don't you opt for private institutions like Oberoi or Vedatya Institute-Gurgaon, Oberoi STEP has no fee and instead they pay you stipend and Vedatya institute is one of the best hotel management institutes in Delhi-NCR providing top notch level of education with similar fee structure to IHMs.
