Hi, The GNIHM College, is one of best college in Kolkata. They also have tie-ups with various five star Hotels.
If you are interested to pursue your BHM Degree from Kolkata, then this is really a good College.

Hi,
Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management is affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. An All-India level Joint Entrance Test (JET) is conducted by Guru Nanak Dev Institute of Hotel Management (GNIHM) to offer admission to aspirants in hospitality courses offered by it. GNIHM JET is also commonly referred to as JIS Entrance Exam. They have exams in the month of May. Please refer the link below for more information:

It's never a good idea to drop out. As you still wanted to have some skills (Culinary) you have to study. Complete your 12th and then start in Culinary Schools. Maybe, Diploma but after that, it would be beneficial for you. Otherwise, you will regret why I dropped out.
