IHM is a government college. Other is International IHM. In both, you have to appear for exams for admissions. In IIHM, one also gets an opportunity for abroad trainings. Yes, after completing your course, you can get jobs in other parts of world. During your course try to acquire maximum knowledge and skills.

You need to appear for NCHM JEE in order to get any of the central government institutes i.e IHMs. After the exams in one or one and a half months, the results will be introduced and you will have to appear in the counselling. There will be three rounds of counselling namely 1st, 2nd and the spot round. You will be allotted a seat on the basis of your rank and your locked choices. In mid-July, the courses will start in every government and NCHMCT affiliated Institutes (this year it's starting from 18th of July). For Admission in Private colleges, you need to appear for their entrance exams such as (STEP, e-chat e. t. c. )

Internships depend upon the institute in which you get admitted. If it is a well reputed institute and has good placement score, it will give you, but it depends upon your performance either in academics or communication etc.
