The Percentile Score indicates the percentage of the candidates who have appeared for CET who have scored EQUAL TO or BELOW (same or lower raw scores) in that examination. Percentile scores are scores based on the relative performance of all the Candidates who appear for the CET Examination.

The raw score is calculated based on the marking scheme of the exam. Then to calculate the percentile score, the marks obtained are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for the whole examination conducted in a single batch/shift using a single Question Paper of all the examinees appearing for the said CET Examination. Candidates must note that there is no negative marking in MAH HM CET Exam.

No, there is no negative marking done in case of wrong attempts in the exam. The Maharashtra CET cell has confirmed that their will be no negative marking in MAH HMCET exam 2025. Until now, the exam authority did not deduct marks of candidates who could not attempt question paper correctly. However, they also did not get any marks to attempt those questions. This means, the total scores of candidates were a total of all the correct answers out of total scores.
