Amendments after application submission is usually not allowed, but still there is correction window opened for few days in which few Amendments, like, address, choice of city for examination can be updated.

Let me assume you are from unreserved category with no physical handicapped quota. So let me be honest. There is no chance of getting clinical streams with your rank at any government medical college. But surely you can get non clinical streams in few government colleges or private deemed colleges. So if you are okay with getting non clinical streams, then you can apply for any top medical colleges of India. You can get a non clinical stream in subsequent rounds of counselling.

Yes. There are 11 B.A. MS Colleges in Rajasthan. As well there are 8 college which are private owned and 3 are government owned college. The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, commonly known as B.A. MS Branch - Ayurveda

If you're fresher, then you have to choose code 1. If you're dropper from CBSE or ICSE then you have to choose code 2. If you're dropper from state boards except Karnataka, then you have to choose code 3
If you're dropper from Karnataka, you have to choose code 4.
