As a B.Sc. Passout I would rather suggest go for organic portions in you free time say before 3 to 4 months before exams or from starting take advantage of the time and learn and give time specially to organic Chemistry and afterwards go for inorganic and another extra subject in your course (like FC or Chemistry of drugs and dyes, industrial Chemistry etc. ). In last go for physical and analytical Chemistry mainly these subjects contains a lot of theory knowledge that the fraction it contains several numarecles and short terms which are specially needed to learn as a student or for better knowledge. For a career point of view organic

I was also a B.Sc. Chemistry student. In organic Chemistry the reactions are the easiest part to learn but the hardest to remember. For that you have to learn from the basics like the structures, basic reaction, resonance structure'how bonding takes place, etc. For better knowledge of bonding. For named reaction you can make a list of reagents used in a particular reaction how it reacts in presence of a catalyst and remember those reagent and reaction (say a blank reaction with having how many site of attacents). Go through the reactions named or unnamed every week or as per your schedule practice them for better understanding. This wa

For inorganic, NCERT is best it is enough for solving all inorganic questions. Read each chapter thoroughly. Don't mug it up in one go, as in this case the concepts gets mixed and you'll forget them over time. Read the chapters again and again in regular intervals, lets say each month. For organic it is difficult to prepare but if you are in coaching institute and you have coaching notes just go through and if your teacher is good ask him. When you have covered syllabus practice questions as much as possible remember concept and on tips and practice as much you will SEE results in short time and don't take so much of material just go.

Good day, Sushant Yadav. Never forget that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. You must have studied in some capacity for both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced even before today, I'm sure. Create a study schedule for all the topics to be covered in this period, not only for Chemistry but also for other disciplines, using the leftover time. Of course, you can devote more time to Chemistry if you feel sure in your knowledge of other courses. At this point, I'd prefer not to advise switching up the books you've been reading because doing so would introduce an abrupt shift in perspective, which could be distracting for someone study

Good day, Thomas You must have started getting ready for JEE Advanced and, of course, JEE Mains a while ago. I'll be honest with you: I admire your assurance. You stated that you are confident in your ability to pass JEE Mains with the required percentile and get qualified to take JEE Advanced. One can just review the weaker areas that the student feels need some more focus in the time that is currently accessible. At this point, if you are not prepared for JEE Advanced. I would encourage you to add time to your plan rather than changing it. Be optimistic, have a healthy attitude, and I'm confident you can do it.

I am relieved to SEE that you are only discussing JEE Advanced preparation and not JEE Mains. This alone shows how confident you are and how well-prepared you must have been for JEE Mains. It also shows that you are expecting to pass the cutoff percentage hurdle that NTA will be announcing soon. Only those study subjects that you feel need a little extra work should be studied or, better yet, reviewed in the short time left before the exam.

Hello Golla Sri Krishna! In preparation for Chemistry in JEE Mains first you please complete the theory part and move on to the chemical Maths. Organic Chemistry is the only topic that saves you from getting more score.

As you have not mentioned the exam you are preparing for the pattern may be different but for major competitive exams theory revision and notes making are highly important to score good marks you should solve previous years questions also but for mainly reference and time bound practice along with it through revision of your syllabus is highly recommend.

To get an easy score of 70+ in your JEE Advanced paper go for direct questions first and try to solve them rather than doing long numerical questions. You should go for the main topics and notes prepared in physical Chemistry and try to learn maximum formulas and theory.

NCERT is very useful for preparing and appearing for JEE Advanced you will get your basic concepts cleared from it and will be helpful for solving theoretical questions in the exam, don't totally depend on the book use it as a reference and keep solving questions and workbooks.
