HPCET 2025 counselling dates will be announced online. The authorities will release the HPCET counselling 2025 registration link at the official website. All candidates will have to participate in the HPCET counselling process for allotment into the BTech courses offered by the participating institutes. The selection of courses havde to be done in the order of preference. The allotment will be done as per the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability.

After the HPCET results are declared, the candidates will have to participate in the counselling process. During the counselling process, the candidates will have to register, upload documents, fill out choices and pay the fee. However, the candidates who have a valid HPCET score will not be required to pay the counselling fee. All registered candidates will have to report to the counselling venue for seat allotment. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability.

The authorities will announce the HPCET seat allotment dates online. The candidates will have to report for the HPCET seat allotment process as per their category. Candidates are advised to check their HPCET seat allotment dates carefully and report on the allotted date to the counselling venue. If the candidates miss their date, then the authorities will not entertain any requests to reappear. Allotment of seats will be done offline at the counselling center as per the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability.

No. Candidates who have a valid HPCET score will not be required to pay the counselling fee. They are eligible to register and fill out their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference, without paying the fee. Only those candidates who are applying with their JEE Main/12th standard qualifying exam scores will have to pay the counselling fee (INR 1,600 for General and INR 800 for Reserved Category). The fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

During the HPCET counselling process, the candidates will be required to fill out their choice of courses and colleges online. It is to be noted that the choices should be submitted in the order of preference. The candidates should be careful while making the choices since it will considered by the authorities during the HPCET seat allotment process. No. HPCET seat allotment result will not be declared online. All registered candidates will have to report to the HPCET counselling venue for the seat allotment process. The reporting at the venue has to be done as per the dates allotted category-wise to the candidates. At the venue, the candidates will be allotted seats as per their HPCET ranks, preferences and seat availability. The selected candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date, otherwise their allotment will be cancelled.

During the HPCET counselling session, the candidates will have to pay the required fee. However, HPCET qualified do not need to pay the counselling fee. Only those candidates who do not have a valid HPCET 2024 score will be required to make the payment to participate in the counselling and admission process. General/Economically Weaker Section/OBC category will have to pay INR 1,600 and reserved category i.e, SC/ST/BPL/IRDP category candidates will have to pay INR 800 online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

HPCET 2024 counselling dates are yet to be announced. Qualified candidates will be able to register for HPCET counselling 2024 by filling out their basic details. After registration, the candidates will have to upload their documents as per the official specifications and pay the fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. For the seat allotment, the candidates will have to report at the counselling venue as per their allotted date and time. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the HPCET counselling schedule so that they do not miss out on any events.

During HPCET counselling, the registered candidates will be allotted seats at the venue. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability. The authorities will not announce the HPCET seat allotment result online. The candidates will be called in as per their category to the counselling venue and seats will be allotted. While filling out the choices for the counselling, the candidates were advised to select their colleges and courses in the order of preference.
