Most of the reputed law colleges conduct their own exam. For example, NLUs ask for CLAT score. NLUD offers admission via AILET, GGSIPU through CET, BHU, and Symbiosis also have their own exams, etc. Since most of the competitive exams are over, you can approach private colleges or check your eligibility for KLEE which is yet to be conducted. You can also complete UG from DU then complete law from DU for which you will have to appear in its entrance exam.
As for the universities taking admissions on the basis of HSEE, you can check it on their respective website.

Hi Thesni,
Please check the cut off of the exam that has been conducted. Further, if your rank is 154th, your qualification or admission into the university will surely depend if any other candidates who have got the ranks do not take up the seat or are disqualified for some reason mentioned in the rules then you might stand a chance.

Hello,
You must have at least 60%marks, if you are from General or OBC category, and 55%, if belonging to SC, ST and PwD. You should check one of the IIT websites for HSEE notifications.

It is on you, but I think so that first doing Diploma is much better, because all our engineering base become clear about engineering drawing and all other things. So, if you ask me I'll prefer you to go with Diploma side rather than class 11th and class 12th.
