Yes, absolutely. LEET (Lateral entry entrance test) is an entrance test to take lateral entry in B.Tech/B.E programme. After completing your 3 years Diploma in engineering, you can appear for LEET exam to get admission directly in the 2nd year of engineering degree.

So, you have to read all it's theory carefully of every branch. You have to make sure that you make your branch portion the strongest of all. And, the book contains section D. You must cover all the MCQ questions of it, if it is necessary. You also have to put high stress on Maths, Physics, Chemistry portion from your subject book, which you have studied in your semester.
