If you want to pursue your career in HR then after completing you B.Sc, you can go for MBA in HR. Then, you can start your career in HR. But, for interviews you should be prepared for a common question being asked that why you changed your stream from Science to commerce or B.Sc in HS to MBA in HR and so on. So, if you want to become a HR, then go for MBA.

Dear friend,The selection proccess of every specialization is same.If u ask me about placement,then i can say u that,placement in hr are moderate in medium level colleges,it is also depend upon college how good they are in placing hr students.If u won't get good reted college then won't go for hr.Unless work hard and put extra effort,thereafter u will get placed easily.Best of luck!

Hi Taniya,yes you are eligible for admission to PGDM course . The admission forms for registration to the PGDM admission process are on sale . Please refer to the college website www.met.edu. The registration process there will be a psychometric,GD and PI rounds . Based on your overall performance you would get selected . Also having a work experience is always an advantage .
The cutoff for MMS last year was 93 percentile. For Admission into PGDM you will have to fill the admission form. You can collect it from the college premise or you can purchase it online www.met.edu. The forms are already on sale. PGDM invokes GD PI session to pr
