First of all, you should take a degree from a university not a college. Keep searching for the courses in different universities. If you are not able to find in one university look for it in another one.

Hi,
You will need a 3 or more CGPA (out of 4), letter of recommendations, SOP and work experience of 2 years to apply for Masters. You may check the individual requirements as well. York University, UBC, university of Winnipeg, etc. offer the degree.

Yes you can. With a HRM degree you can look for hospital or health administration jobs related to human resources, many other options will be available. Keep in mind , you must properly justify your reasons why you are shifting from one field to another and pursue the same only if it matches with your career interest.
