It is completely dependent on the college from which you are pursuing PGDM-HR. But in general, the average salary of a PGDM-HR is 4.5 LPA to 10 LPA.

Since MBA is an old version for those who are willing to pursue management studies, a two year Diploma course PGDM sounds much better. Generally, PGDM course is far more industry relevant and practical as far as the job market is concerned.
