From wherever you do MBA in human resource management, you have a very less scope because only one HR is required for 1000 employees. So, better understand the ratio. It's better to do a dual specialisation of marketing/finance with HR in MBA.

Salary package depends on some parameters like candidate's potentiality, his academic records, communication skills, reputation of the college, size and type of the company etc. Generally, in India it varies from 2.4-5.5 lacs per annum (except IIM). All the best. Thank you
