It isn't 100% but if you do well, you will surely make it, as many companies are coming in for summer internships. Package offered is between 4-5 lakhs.

The Average Package is INR 5.5 lacs for HR and is generally decent enough. The profiles offered are HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Recruiter etc. Trends keep changing. Best regards.

Above are good for sales mainly. Xavearian group colleges are best for HR (Xiss, Xime blore, XiB, Xime Kochi) etc. If you have healthy score card try there first. I have been at Taxila Business School 2015. I got campus placement of Rs 9.50 Lac in Godrej. Now, relocated to the USA on an official assignment. Here, my counterparts are from different backgrounds and have been to world's leading B Schools. The attitude, the confidence, the knowledge, understanding the importance of urgency which has been inculcated within me at Taxila Business School is unbeatable. I am not here to compare it with any other B School but the way Taxila Business School trains its students that unheard off. Trust me Taxila Business School is a full transformation of YOU, a much better YOU. If you could qualify, go ahea

Hi Danica,
HRM is a good course but difficult to find a bulk of companies for placement but that does not mean that there are no placement at all. Being a 1st year student the current situation is that companies like Alkem, Saifee, Godrej, Cello and many other have come in and have chosen students to join there team and most of the students are placed for internship. So IES do have good placement scope for HR specialization.
All the best!
