Since HR students are very less in number in this college, the packages don't vary much. Average CTC is 4.8 lakhs per annum.

Hi Kalyani,
The placements were good enough until last year, this year only 1 or 2 big companies came, whereas other smaller companies came in good numbers. TCS comes every year. Big companies usually offer around Rs 5-6 lakhs. Smaller ones offer Rs 4 lakhs.

Hi, hope the admission season is treating you well! The final cutoff, like for vacancy against CAP seat cancellation was roughly around 80 percentile. Hope you have applied for ILS seats at CRKIMR. The placements at Chetana, in general, are great. I have just finished my first year here at Chetana, so I don't have a very clear idea about the placements. But I am sure, that if you are a good performer, you will surely get a rewarding placement. All the best to you!

For specialization in HR, nothing is better than TISS. It has comprehensive course structure with six internships in total- 4 mandatory internships during the four semesters and 2 internships at the end of each year. Placements are good as well. You get a wholesome learning experience and damn good exposure during your time over there.
Im myself a TISS HRM aspirant and have done an extensive research on the same. I guess if HR is your forte then TISS should definitely be in your priority list apart from IIMs and XLRI.

Christ University, Jain University, Indus Business Academy and Thiagarajar School of Management are some of the good colleges for MBA based on MAT score. Again it differs from specialisation you prefer.
