Human Resources Placement

Well to be honest HR placements are not so good in any college except for HR specialist colleges like XLRI,XISS etc. Here companies do come but the salary paclage is not so high. To be true, like it is for Marketing, or Finance.

Hi Ajay. Students of Finance will be getting placement in finance position only. They will not be allowed to take part in HR &Marketing jobs. Yes companies specialize in HR and Marketing do offer good post of finance for their company. The average package is of finance batch is 6,00,000. COmpanies like Deloitte, Dhara shaw, bank of Baroda, birla sun life, L&T finance etc do visited the campus this year.

As per my information, till now out of 120 HR students only 70 are placed and 50 are in recruitment phase . Yes, HR placement are bit not going on the track but placements are totally depend on a candidate capabilities. You must also see that 70 HR are placed. Still BIMM HR will surely attain 100% placement till end march.

work exp is a plus point always when u wosh to get into hr. however if ur grades are good as a fresher it should not b a problem

well as per hr is concerned, at jaipuria there are Senior dedicated faculties specializing in hr only and they are among the best so you don't have to worry about you'll get the best. And this is not just associated with hr domain Only they have best faculty for any domain whether it is hr, marketing, retail or finance. Hi Urvashi,The average salary for HR - 4.3 l p.a. Yes, the college has a separate placement wing which aids the students to get placed in the best in class industry firms by conducting seminars,symposiums,experiencial learnings and club activities. More over, placements won't be amatter of concern if you are hardworking right from the beginning of the avademic year. Best of luck :)

Yes swati our institute definitely entertains MAY MAT and the placements offered in finance are good . Companies such as Deloitte , axis bank etc.visit the campus.

The curriculum and faculty for all the specialisations are very good. The placements for pm and hr are also good. Though the placements are slow, eventually every students gets many opportunities to get placed. A large number of companies visit the campus for placements and it is upto the students to take full advantage of these opportunities. The college works extremely hard for the students to get placed.

The full time tuition fee is 6.40 lakhs which is payable in four installments over the time of two years. We do not promise 100% placements. Last year we placed 91% students. We facilitate placements rest depends on the calibre and performance of the students. Thank you.

Hi Anjali I would like to inform you that our college doesn't offers hostel facilities but we do have some tie with few PG's in the near by area . moreover as per placements the placements are good over here with 100% placement records and the HR faculty will surely not disappoint you in any ways .
