The placements in MBA HR is quite good. This year Samsung came with the highest package of Rs 12 lakh per annum. The average package comes around Rs 4-5 lakhs. Most reputed companies come to Christ for placement.

IILM has almost completed 27 years in the PGDM program. The placement cell is networked with more than 400 companies.The placement cell assists students for preparing themselves for the placement process and has maintained an excellent placement record as well.And for students they would be successful.The main focus is on students for preparing them for achieving their career goals.
Placement in HR-It mainly depends on the type of HR Profile whether it is HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition,the salary package varies between 5 Lakh to 12 Lakh and above.In HR the maximum average package goes up to 10 Lakhs.

We have more than 300 companies across various domains visiting our campus for placements every year. Our priority is mainly to prepare students on the basis of their career goals. For HR, some of the companies are Big Basket, Info Edge, Gartner and Frontiso. The maximum average package for HR is 10 lakhs.
Some of the finance companies are Deloitte, Goldmansachs, Kopal amba, KPMG, Daisyrow, E&Y, CIAN Analytics and Ameriprise International. The average package for finance is 6.8 LPA.
