Hi Vishal,
Human Resources is heart of any industry. To efficiently operate we need a team HR in a company, HR does alot of activities could be payroll, boarding, learning & development, attendance and many other. If it is a small company possibilities are they way vend out the operations to a 3rd party. But HR is crucial for every industry so it goes same with the Pharmaceutical industry. I hope I am clear. It is an industry trend that they seek a specialist qualification for the appointment as HR Executive. So, it is advisable that you either purse MBA in HR or MSW along with it an LLB in labour laws would be ideal.
