Hello Yogesh, it completely depends on what you want to do? If you want to do Marketing, but heard from people that finance has good scope and took finance, then you will not grow. Scope lies in your interest level. People avoid HR. But, if one is really interested in HR then one also grows a lot in HR. Specialization should not be decided like this. Think of yourself in a marketing role. Would you love it? Then go for it. Similarly analyze yourself for finance, HR and operations too. All the best.

First of all, remove this approach of choosing a specialisation in career for a girl or a boy. Both have equal opportunities & prospects, its not a gender biased selection. There are lot many specializations today but first decide about your career priorities where or which companies you are aiming for, depending on you can choose. Every specialisation has its own selective jobs and categories.
