As a current student in the MBA (HR) batch of 201719, by far my experience with UBS has been amazing. We have a brilliant base of faculty and guest lecturers coming over, with a strong course structure. The class composes of 30+ individuals only to ensure maximum learning. Talking about placements, our senior batches have been placed with good packages (since I'm not well versed with the exact figures, I'd leave it here only). Yes you can do it. But both courses you can't do as full-time. So you better to choose one course from distance education and other course as full-time.

While there are lot of certification programs/courses available in HR, however, which course can add the maximum value would depend on what kind of role you are involved in & what kind of role you aspire for. There are different certification programs for Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, R&R, T&D, HR Analytics etc. All of them add value for sure however which one will add the maximum value will depend on your career aspirations.
