You are eligible, but I do not see the need of doing any more MBA degree courses because you already have two of them being done. I would say wait for the results to come out as some colleges require that.

The APSET exam is an MBA exam naturally and not anything related to any specialization on any subject in particular. Depending on your results in the exam you may specialize in any subject.
