Yes, you can do MBA in HR or Finance, but decide on any one. HR would be considered as a career shift, and finance might be something you are familiar with, in your career. It's all up to you.

B.Com is a general course and after completing this you are eligible to many job profiles and courses. You can easily go to government sector in accounts, finance and other related fields. Yes you can also go for MHRD after B.Com and there is no any particular fees except application charges which is in general for all posts. There is wide scope after doing B.Com. Good Luck.
