You can pursue MA HRM or MBA HR. Various government undertakings as well as Private companies recruit as Assitant HR Manager and HR manager also. For government organization, you have to clear the test.

MBA finance has a better scope no doubt, but the thing lies in your interest area. Everyone is not meant for finance, I would suggest you to do 2 year PGDM programme, and then decide which stream to opt for.

If you wish to go in social work field, then you can prefer MSW. But, if you are looking for jobs like assistant HR manager or HR manager or any related work profile, then you must select MA HRM.
