Hi,
Hope you have given MBA entrance exam. If not, then still there are some papers left like MAH-CET MAT etc. MBA in finance is good from N. L. Dalmia College, Mumbai and HR is good in SIES and Symbiosis and many more. But, first, which city are you preferring the most that matters.

I think a minimum of 50% marks is required to make you eligible for the course. Yes, the admission is based on the cut-off. So, you can wait for the cut-off or you can contact the admission department of particular college.

You can ask her to go for Masters in hotel management from abroad but I would suggest her to stick to her HR post Hotel Management is much of struggle. I am telling you by my personal experience

Apart from SIBM, Pune and SCMHRD, Pune other Symbiosis college placements are not so gloomy. The ROI is not satisfactory and the average revolves around 7-9 lakhs.

Yes, you can pursue your Fashion Designing course from a reputed Institute with the help of your graduation or 10 + 2 scores.
Although, you have Masters in Finance & HR after completion, you will be a multi-tasking candidate for the company, as you will be having knowledge in 3 different fields.
