Any correspondence hybrid programme will add value to your programme, if you are working in that industry, or if you are seeking a switch. Hybrid programs are for people who are working and do not want to take full time programme. Welingkar is known for quality education and you will find it worth. But, a Hybrid PGDM is not valued much. Hello Yogesh, it completely depends on what you want to do? If you want to do Marketing, but heard from people that finance has good scope and took finance, then you will not grow. Scope lies in your interest level. People avoid HR. But, if one is really interested in HR then one also grows a lot in HR. Specialization should not be decided like this. Think of yourself in a marketing role. Would you love it? Then go for it. Similarly analyze yourself for finance, HR and operations too. All the best.
