You cannot apply, because minimum criteria is 45% to 50% in graduation, then only you are eligible to apply for MBA.

Yes, you can do MBA in marketing. Comparing both HR and Marketing is a difficult task, as both are employment generators. But, on the personal side I feel HR is better in the long run.

First of all, it depends on your interest which stream is well suited you. Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a postgraduate degree that is awarded to students who have mastered the study of business. If you have done BA in English, I would suggest you for the MBA in Marketing specialization. And good luck for your bright future.
