Hello Kanika, If you have completed the PGDM with more than 55% marks, then yes, You can apply for the UGC NET exam. The candidates are allowed to apply for their post graduation and its related subjects only. Thus you can apply for the UGC NET HRM or UGC NET management exam. You must also fulfill the age limit criteria for NET JRF that is 30 years old. There is no age limit criteria for the assistant professor or lectureship posts. For more details you may check the official website.

You must complete your graduation and prepare for CAT entrance exam and score well in CAT exam your score must be more than 95 percentile after that you will get call from IIMs for there GD/PI rounds. If you clear this round, you can get admission in IIMs.
