The academic gap is not a very big issue in pursuit of higher education. You are definitely eligible for MBA. Your experience will help you in interviews and will attract many opportunities.

Your question has answer hidden in it. Once you do Masters in HR, human resources jobs are there where you have to select, recruit, train new employees & in Aviation depends upon which specialisation you do further since in aviation also Human Resource exist as well as other operational & training jobs are there. In Masters only you will come to know details on these both questions.

MBA HR is good degree, if you are interested in pursuing a career in the field of HR. MBA is also available in Hotel Management too. Consider that too, since you are already have UG in Hotel Management. MBA HR has same scope as Finance, Marketing, Hotel and Toursim. So, it is only a matter of personal preference.

Hi Vishakha,
It depends on where your interest lies. If the process of recruitment and employee training and welfare attracts you, opt for MBA in HR. If information and technology is your area of interest, then go for MBA in IT.

Depends on your interests and academics. If you think that one is better than other then that is wrong. MBA course has the same concept and that is management. The specialisation just focuses on a certain aspect of management. If you have interest in HR then go for that and if you have interest in finance then go for that. Both streams test skills of a person. If you are not sure what you want to choose then get counselling because one is not better than other.
