The minimum eligibility for this course is a Bachelors degree with 50% aggregate score. However, there are some institutes that may require the candidates to have an Honors undergraduate degree in Psychology or Psychology as a subject in Graduation for becoming eligible for this course. You will have to consult the university about the same.

Since you are an MBA in HR, the suggestion would be to opt for Ph.D. in Human Resource or Doctor of Philosophy in HR.
