If we talk about specialisation. You should go on the basis of your interest. But, if your parameter is placement, then I would suggest IB is better option.

You can pursue MBA in HR as specialization in Fakir Mohan University. You can opt for either Human Resource Planning & Compensation Management or Human Resource Developments.

If you want to work in HR then also look for a work assignment and then based on the area of work explore certificate courses to enhance your skills in the said area of work.
