You can take admission in PGDM/MBA courses in various colleges across the country after appearing for the eligible entrance test required by the college or in some cases, at least 50% in graduation with any stream.

It all depends on your interest. By "better" if you mean package offered in placements, then it's not the right way to plan for a career. Instead try to figure out your interest area, research more about each of them and see if they are relevant to your current field. Hope that helps.

This would depend on our interest areas and individual personality strengths. HR & Finance both have separate career progressions & so one needs separate strengths to excel in the said areas. From a long-term career perspective, both have good growth opportunities.

Firstly, it really comes with lots of hands-on. HR is a field which is truly people-centric. If you are already in an HR environment, it would be good to take initiative to conduct activities, arrange key tasks and activities which will directly / indirectly involve the use of soft skills and personality traits. For example, to enhance communication skills, it would be great to have employee engagement fun activity just to talk to people around and know them better. Like, breaking the ice. Dear Satyam, both are government regulatory bodies. AICTE deals with regulating technical education and UGC keeps a check over universities.
