Every year it changes. It depends on the market situation, but you can go for Asian School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar. They provide a consistent good placement in marketing/sales.

You can continue working and after 3+ years of work experience, pursue a part time MBA in HRM or you could also pick up a Diploma programme from ISTD or Diploma in labour laws. Many institutes also run certification courses ranging up to 6 months in HR & labour compliance. HR is a vast field keeping in India what in it interests you can pick up courses.

You can pursue Bachelors in Commerce, thEn you can go for MBA from a good B-School. You can prepare for MBA entrance exams during Bachelors, and aim to get into institutes like TISS XLRI, SCMHRD. Apart from IIMs.

In my view Marketing-Logistics is better option. As there are many manufacturing companies who recruits MBA students for sales, and if they get people with dual experience of marketing and logistics than operations management along with sales management will be assets for them.
