It isn't 100% but if you do well, you will surely make it, as many companies are coming in for summer internships. Package offered is between 4-5 lakhs.

If you want to get a good job I would prefer to go into a complete day in campus and not distance. But in case you want to do MBA just for the namesake then you can go for distance course. MIT provides distance course as well as Symbiosis.

Hello Shivam, Just do not worry. Almost every management institute has specialisation in HR. Also to get into these institutions there are plethora of entrance tests. You will have to clear one of these at least. MBA in HR has slightly lesser salary due to its nature of being an office job, so probably lesser workload. In marketing, if you get sales profile then you have to probably travel a lot. Hence, accordingly, salary and incentives are also more. HR is better if you want a stable work-life balance.
