The study material of IGNOU is of international standards. The stream could be of your area of interest. HRM is also a very good option. As you grow the scope becomes wider. Yes, you can definitely join XLRI if you are selected for the course. However, there will be some dues you might have to pay at your previous university before you come for XLRI. If you do that, then there will be no issue, whatsoever.

The fee structure for MBA in HR very per university, it might be low or high all depends on colleges or university:
Like if you pursue this course from JK Lakshmipat University the fee would be 1,25,000 + Hostel and other expenses.

Yes. You can pursue MBA in HR after B.A. In Psychology, and psychology will be a gem in your profile. Since you will learn about Human behavior in MBA it will be easy for you to understand this and you might able to use your psychological knowledge with your MBA. If you want to pursue MBA in HR, I would recommend you JK Lakshmipat University since it has a brilliant infrastructure and eminent faculty. I hope my answer will help you.
