The average package is 4-5 LPA in terms of marketing it may soar upto 6 LPA in case of HR, in this batch of 2016-18 there came many companies with internship programme add on with pre placement offer In case of good performance the average package for HR was 4.5 LPA and in case of IT is usually provisioned only if there is a batch of student the course it available but core courses include marketing finance HR and supply chain and operations.

Well, first cut-off list will be available online, you can find it anywhere and that is a good score, you can definitely get admission through CAP round and the second thing is you have to pick your subject by the end of your 2nd semester. You can select marketing, finance, and in your case human resource, etc. So, for now, you just have to focus on the CAP round. There will be 3 rounds. For that, you have to file up your documents and be ready.

You have to clear only TISSNET exam. No other exam results are accepted by TISS.

Yes, you can pursue your career as a lecturer, because they are giving Master degree and they also have a brand name of TATA. But, the main thing is that in a B-school, most of the lecturers are having Ph.D. degree. So, if you can do so, your chances will be much better that before. I think, you got my point.

The placement scenario will not depend on your entrance score. Even they will not ask you the score 99.99% of the time. So don't worry about your entrance score. Personally I believe that A MAN CAN'T ONLY BE JUDGED BY HIS/HER ENTRANCE SCORE. I also know a person who even get a decent job after completing his Post graduate from IIM (not baby IIM). So you have to crack by yourself at the time of original performance, it is not a cake walk. But the main thing is that in this score you will get a decent college. The package is based upon company to company and may differ over time. This year the package provided to HR specialization was 6 LPA.
