MBA in HR definitely has a very good scope, provided it is done from a good college. XLRI and TISS are the two best colleges for HR. Preparation for MBA entrance examinations can be done in 3 months only if you have your basics clear for quants. Good reasoning skills and good comprehending skills for RC which is said to be the soul of VA. MBA entrance examinations has nothing to do with the number of months you spend in preparation, what matters most is the number of mocks you take and the way you analyse them. I hope this helps you.

For HR, both the colleges are good. But in terms of ROI, ITM will-be good as there is a difference of 4-5 Lacs as fee itself. IBS-Hyderabad is more costly than ITM-Navi Mumbai. ITM offers an average package of 5-5.5 Lacs, whereas, IBS also offers the same. So, I think in terms of ROI, ITM will be a good option.
