Hi Parul. Master in HR has a good scope abroad. But it is advisable that you should go for experience in Indian companies first.

IBS, Mumbai has been getting good companies this year onwards for HR profiles. Between HR or finance is what you need to choose based on your aptitide and interest. Both are good in their own ways. But, if you like doing office work, then in that case, HR should workout for you. But, remember, you will not get everything sitting at one place all the time.

TSM's MBA in HR is good in terms of staff, library books, events and fests conducted. NAch HR TSM club always is active here. Recently, they conducted ARETE'18 National level HR meet.
In terms of placements, HR jobs are not so good. There are only 1-2 companies visiting our campus this season. But, here you will be molded to face off-campus interviews and secure a job in HR career.

Delhi School of Economics is better in other fields however not that good in MBA HR. You will find many other options for HR. As per my view I won't consider Delhi School of Economics for HR Specialization.

You can apply for exams like CAT, CMAT, ATMA or any MBA entrance exam for getting admission for an MBA course. Select the good college first, where you wan to do an MBA and check on the website, which exam does that college accept for getting admission, etc. As you are from Maharashtra, you can also give MAH MBA/MS CET and get admission in most of the MBA institutes in Maharashtra. But now for the admission in 2018, almost all the exams are over except MAH MBA/MS CET 2018. If you are planning to do in 2019, start preparing for these exams.

If you were interested in HR in MBA, then go for it. Lots of B.Tech students do it. If you are from B.Tech-IT, it does't mean that you should take operations as your specialization or IT. What really matters is your interest. Or, you can choose both as lots of colleges offer major and minor specialisation in there colleges. So, you take HR and Operations or IT as per your wish or interest.
