Dear Roshan, when it comes to do MBA from distance learning, the only word comes in the top is IGNOU. This is the best university for distance learning. There is no such thing called specialisation exist at BBA level, but you will have an optional subject.

No point in doing MHRM as in job market there is no point on doing MHRM after an MBA. If you are planning for teaching or government career, MHRM in distance mode is not valid as AICTE does not approve any distance learning management program.
