Human resource is very important in an organisation. So efficient utilization of human resources or manpower is done using the HR department. They have unique power in the whole organisation. HRD jobs initially offer less salary but it increases with experience.

As HR department in these companies have big number of employees so they pay according to the market standard.
But the package of HR having 8-9 years of experience depends on various factors such as:
1) Education background
From where did you do your MBA or your Master's degree?
2) Your previous experience
3) Are you the one who has the thinking ability to make policies, rules and regulations?
Such things come into picture while deciding your package.
But as I said the range from 6 LPA to 15 PLA is the more common package structure I have seen in most of the companies.

It depends on your field on interest. Also, if you are from B.Com background then finance is a better option. For BBA graduates, marketing is better.

Hi,
The minimum eligibility requirement for both type of MBAs are:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- Diploma holders need to possess three-year work experience to pursue the program
- B-schools select students based on entrance exams that test the analytical, verbal and numerical abilities of students.
