You need to improve your communication skills. You need to read more and more books, articles and try to interact with a large group of people. Interact with others in English. Communication and Marketing is all about English Communication, as you need to convince people and if they are not able to understand you than you can't do anything.

A higher score is always better. Your academic profile is great. You must target for at least 95 percentile in XAT to get any of the above disciplines.

Hi Dipali, if you get through a top university in USA then go abroad. Studying abroad gives a very good global experience but see that you are in one of the best universities. I will suggest MBA in India if it is either IIMs or ISB. Ofcourse, there are many good business schools here but if you are comparing with USA then you must raise the standards.

Hi Puja. I am happy that you have put up this question. So, at BIBS we do have an HR department and we have a good faculty there as well. Placements are quite good for HR students and they also get to do their internship with great companies. You will have an ample of scope when you join BIBS. So don't worry about it. Be it HR, marketing or finance, you can rest assured that your money won't be wasted.

MBA does not need you to be good at theoretical knowledge. It is more about practical experiences that you gain during your course of 2 years. It is the applications of your theory. So, MBA in HR or any other field like Marketing, Finance or Operations will not need you to be good in theory.
