In terms of placements, I'd like to recommend you to go for Symbiosis School of Banking & Finance (SSBF), Pune. As they provide salary package starting from 7.90 LPA.

Yes in IILM, Gurgaon there are specialization courses. You can opt for dual specialization.
You have these options:- HR, marketing, operations and finance. IILM accept all entrance score like MAT,CAT, XAT any other management test. There is no cut off. If you will get high percentage you will scholarship in IILM. IILM takes your GD-PI. On that basis they evaluate you.
