You can join any business school for MBA in HR, but as you have mentioned about HR, then I would suggest you to go for MHRM program and not MBA or PGDM. IISWBM has MHRM and XISS is also very good for pursuing HR.

Candidates having MBA in Human Resource Management can find lucrative opportunities in private companies. They can work as HR Manager in these companies and manage the employees belonging to that company.

If you follow the hierarchy of various businesses structure, the HR department plays very important role in organisation and your knowledge of retail sector will help you in human resource. If you are looking for MBA from Pune University, the basic requirement is a Bachelor's degree and you have to attempt competitive exams like CET, MAT, CMAT and CAT. Most of the students come from CAT and CET. After you're done with your exams then the admission process starts where you have to select a college and in the second year you have to pick a subject and that could be finance, HR or marketing and most of the universities follow the same pattern.
