All MBA specializations are suitable for female students. Nowadays, female students are doing very well in management functions. You must choose your MBA specialization based on your interest areas. Market data indicates female students have little more inclination towards HR in comparison to other specializations.

If you are keen in pursuing MBA in HR then you can look at top colleges like XLRI, TISS, IIM Ranchi etc. For these colleges, the exams are XAT, TISS-NET & CAT respectively.
