The primary distinction between an MBA and an M.S.is breadth versus depth. An MBA degree offers a broader view of business management. So when it comes to deciding between a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (M.S.) degree, you want to be sure you're making the right choice.
All the best.

Hello Shailshree,
Apologies for the late reply. MCA is a good option if you're really interested in the technical and coding field. MBA in HR is apt if you want to make a career in the management field. So it depends on where your interest lies and career goals. Salary prospects wise, MBA is better than MCA but only if done from a reputed B-School.

Placements of our batch were pretty good. 70-80% are already placed and still, companies are coming for campus placements. Marketing has the highest placement percentage this time. Almost 60% students are placed. Telecom, FMCG, hotel, financing etc. are few sectors from where companies visited for campus placement. Roles offered by them are management trainee, assistant managers, relationship managers etc.

Our college is really good as compared to the other college in terms of infrastructure, placements, students, facilities provided and events, etc. But the college is not located at a convenient location, it is far from the metro station & there is no place to hang out nearby the college. It is among the top colleges in Indraprastha University. According to the IP status, the college is quite good. It is value for money and the average package from college is Rs 3 - Rs 4 lakhs per annum.

Both HR and Finance are best at their own place. Because, mostly candidates with B.Com back ground will take finance. They can easily understand the finance subject. But, here there is a lot of difference between finance and accounting. Finance tells us about the future whereas, accounting gives us all the past information. That is lot of variation. So, my sincere suggestion is, if you are from B.Com or BBM background, you can take finance. But, if you are from other branches you can opt for HR. The work of an HR is that it recruit the candidates, trains and motivates them. So, Finally I conclude that If you are from B.Com background,
