Look, if you want to get into HR, then it does not really matter what was your graduation. BBA and LLB are both graduation level courses. So, leave them aside. So that leaves your MBA (HR) that too through correspondence. Preference always will be received by candidates who have done MBA full time. So Yes, if you have a full time MBA (HR) degree from a reputed college, then it holds more value than a degree received through correspondence in MBA (HR) plus BBA LLB. Hope this helps.

If you are weak in accounts then you shouldn't go for MBA in finance. You should first evaluate your interest levels and then decide which course you intend to pursue.

All the courses have their own demands. You need to first decide your career aspirations and interest areas and based on it pick up a course. A person who pursues a course based on his interest areas and inherent personality traits generally does well from self in professional career.

No, recruitment and talent acquisition is a sub area of human resource and even MBA HR does not teach this. One has to acquire this skill from job. It is just a part of HR role and too small to be offered in an MBA program. There are several certification in talent acquisition available but such certification without a business management degree is not useful.
