Yes, every good and established university offers MBA with dual degree specialisation, so accordingly you can choose your specialisation in 2nd year.
So check the course module of the particular university in which you want to apply.

Yes, you can apply in MBA HR even if your maths is not good enough. There are no subjects related to maths in MBA HR course.

Hi,
Ideally, the choice depends upon your preference. If you like accounts and finance related subjects, you may opt for accounting or else HR. But ideally, accounting and finance has better scope than HR.

To get good career growth, I suggest you to do regular MBA from a renowned campus instead of distance mode but if you wish to do it through distance then, Symbiosis, Manipal, IGNOU, NMIMS are the best options.

It completely depends on your area of interest. ASB has the legacy of pulling in companies from all domains. No particular domain has an edge over others.
